As the earth begins to awaken from her winter rest, something within us begins to stir too. Slowly, in its own perfect timing. The days grow longer. The air softens. Tiny green shoots begin to push their way through the soil, reaching instinctively towards the light.

Spring reminds us that life is always finding a way to begin again. It is a season of renewal. Of possibility. Of gentle emergence.

Not through force, but through faithful tending.

After the quiet inwardness of winter, we are invited to lift our gaze once more. To become curious about what is unfolding within us. To notice what feels life-giving. To ask ourselves what we wish to cultivate as this new cycle begins.

What seeds am I planting?

What am I ready to move forward with?

Where is life asking me to grow?

Over this weekend, we will gather in the heart of the Adelaide Hills to honour the changing season and gently tend to what is beginning to emerge within us.

Together, we will slow down enough to hear ourselves again while welcoming the fresh energy that spring brings. Through movement, breath, meditation, creative expression, nature and meaningful connection, we'll create space to clear what feels stagnant, nourish what is emerging, and tend to the quiet dreams asking for our attention.

Like the first tender shoots breaking through the earth, we too deserve to be met with patience, tenderness and loving care as we grow.
