This combination of these powerful healing modalities promises to create a relaxing flow from movement to stillness. A thoughtful container to help you relax, release, repair and reform.
The Experience
Mat Pilates Flow - Align your body with well known benefits of Pilates. Pilates offers many benefits, including improved core strength, flexibility, posture balance and body awareness. Pilates also helps with stress reduction, promoting relaxation, increasing energy and vitality and improves mental well being.
Sound Healing - Align the mind with the soothing vibrations of sound healing. Chris uses his voice and a variety of instruments to create a soundscape that promotes deep relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual awakening. Let the harmonious frequencies wash over you, dissolving stress and unlocking your inner peace.
The Journey
Maria will lead off the event with a Pilates Flow session. Pilates flow class encompasses all the traditions of the pilates method. Control, flow, precision, concentration, coordination as well as strength and flexibility in an ordered and centered way of delivering movement.
Chris will then lead you through an intoxicating soundscape utilizing his voice and many amazing instruments. He is one of Adelaide's leading Sound Therapists and has held many hundreds of Sound Journeys over many years. He utilizes a mixture of traditional and ancient sound healing instruments and tequniques blended with some modern electronic elements…
