Yin and Sound immersion

About

Come back to stillness with a Yin and Sound Immersion — a gentle pause in time, perfect for a soft Sunday reset.

Join us at Take a Moment in Time for a nourishing afternoon beginning with 45 minutes of Yin‑style yoga to slow down, breathe deeply, ground into your body, and reconnect with your heart.

You’ll then be guided into a Reiki‑infused Sound Meditation, where soothing vibrations from the bowls support your mind to settle and your whole being to receive. For around 1 hour and 15 minutes, you’ll be held in complete bliss — a spacious, restorative journey designed to calm your nervous system and melt away the week.

A peaceful, heart‑centred immersion to help you soften, reset, and return home to yourself.

What to expect

A slow, grounding Yin practice followed by a deeply restorative Reiki‑infused sound meditation. You’ll be guided gently throughout, with plenty of time to settle, soften, and relax. Expect a calm, cosy space, soft lighting, and a nurturing environment where you can fully unwind.
