Join us at Bower Cottages Community Centre for a FREE introductory Hapkido session, facilitated by Oriental Martial Arts Academy SA.
Open to all ages and abilities, with a particular focus on people aged 50 and over, this session is a great opportunity to try something new while supporting your physical and mental wellbeing.
Hapkido is a Korean martial art that emphasises balance, flexibility, mobility, coordination and practical self-defence techniques, rather than relying on strength alone.
