Yoga at Ginninderry

About

This class is open to everyone - regardless of any previous yoga experience you may or may not have!

We'll be practicing a slow "flow" style of yoga, so you can expect to be continously moving for most of the class, but at a pace slow enough that you won't need to worry about keeping up! You can also expect short breathing and meditation practices to be woven into this class, and of course, don't forget about savasana (relaxation time!). The aim is for you to gradually build some extra strength and mobility, while at the same time melting away the tension of the day, and giving yourself the opportunity to recharge and take care of you.
