Sacred MenoPAUSE is an immersive full-day retreat created to honour this extraordinary rite of passage - a day to slow down, reconnect with your body, listen to its messages and celebrate the woman you are becoming.
A day of warmth, beauty, nourishment, ancient symbolism, herbal wisdom, sensory rituals and meaningful connection with other women walking a similar path.
And at the heart of it all is the Dragon - a symbol of the fire, wisdom, power and transformation that can awaken during this season of life.
