Sound & Sculpt by the Sea
Pilates by the ocean, then a slow, sound-filled finish.
Join Sea Sculpt Pilates and Alchemy by Charlotte for a Sunday morning at Clovelly Beach. We’ll start with 30 minutes of Pilates to wake the body up, then lie back for 30 minutes of sound healing with the waves as the backing track.
When: Sunday 8 November, 7:15am
Where: Clovelly Beach
What’s included: 30 min Pilates + 30 min sound healing. Mats are provided.
Who it’s for: All levels. No Pilates or sound healing experience needed.
Capacity: Just 15 people, so it stays small and relaxed.
Bring: a towel for the sound healing, water, and swimmers for after [optional]
