Bronte Yoga Flow

Join us for a lovely relaxed yoga class right by the beautiful Bronte Beach. Remember to bring your own mat and take your time to listen to your body throughout the session. The focus on helping you connect to your breath to enhance your flow and relaxation.
After class, meet some others for a refreshing dip and some coffee to start your sunday the best way.
