The BuildingHER Movement is all about stopping the fight and learning to take up space - in the gym, but also in life.
This event is for you if you:
- walk into the gym and feel like everyone is staring at you and you have no idea where to start
- have used exercise as a way to punish your body for something you ate, or being "lazy"
- want to start feeling more confident, not only in the gym but in every part of your life
- are new or experienced in the gym but are ready to learn more about how strength training can be your ultimate life hack to feeling strong, in control and ready to take on the world!
You'll walk away with the confidence to know exactly what to do in the gym, how to progress when you've laid the foundations and how to use strength training to level up in all areas of your life. Plus, you'll get to meet a community of incredible women who are ready to support you on your journey!
