The possibilities of your movement are endless; your options are like a sky full of stars. In this workshop we will be exploring the concept of the kinesphere and how having an awareness of it can open up new movement opportunities, ideas, and actions.
The kinesphere becomes both a mirror and a laboratory - a site for discovery, transformation and embodied understanding.
Please bring; Comfortable clothing that
allows for a range of movement, a pen, note pad, and water. No hip scarves please.
