Méja is a 5-piece R&B, Funk and Soul act inspired by the experimental sounds of Hiatus Kaiyote, and classic acts like D'Angelo. The group exploded into the Perth scene through their tight and funky grooves, rich harmonies, and soulful musical palate.
Join Méja as they celebrate the release of their debut single “Rain Falls Down” at Mojo’s Bar in Fremantle, with support from Azura and Champion Sound. Enjoy a night of catchy original music, reimagined classics, and the bittersweet departure of a band member. The night will also premiere the launch of a limited merch line for fans. All funds will go to the recording of Méja’s future EP.
