Zumba Class Liability Waiver and Participant Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this Zumba class, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I am voluntarily participating in this fitness activity at my own risk.
• I understand that physical exercise, including Zumba, involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or medical complications, including but not limited to falls, muscle strains, sprains, and cardiovascular events.
• I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have consulted a medical professional if I have any health concerns or medical conditions that may affect my participation.
• I agree to exercise within my own physical limits and to stop immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, or any other concerning symptoms.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Lauro De Sousa, the event organizers, venue owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
