Bush Playgroup at Keon Park Children's Hub

About

Join your little ones and connect to nature with fun activities in the parkland around the Keon Park Children’s Hub.

These free sessions, which are facilitated by Nature Play Learning, will include a variety of activities such as bush craft, music and sensory activities.

Using hands-on learning in an outdoor environment children are empowered to manage their own risk in physical activities.

These sessions are perfect for children from 6 months old up to 6 years.

Cost

These sessions are free, but registration is essential.

All materials and equipment are provided; you just need to turn up.

When

The playgroup will run for three Thursdays in November. You can sign up for one week, two weeks, or all three.

Clothing

Suitable clothing includes hats, long pants, closed toe shoes and wet weather gear if it is raining (it is an all weather playgroup).

Safety

All Council staff and facilitators hold current Working With Children's Checks.

Children must be actively supervised by a parent or carer at all times.
