Discover how fun and easy it is to bake your own burnt Basque cheesecake from scratch!
Whether you've never baked before or simply love cheesecake, this beginner-friendly class will guide you through every step to create a beautifully caramelised cheesecake with a smooth, creamy centre. Basque cheesecake is one of the easiest and most forgiving cakes to make, so it's hard to go wrong, even if it's your very first bake.
During the workshop, you will:
All ingredients and equipment are provided, and the ingredients are affordable and easy to find at your local supermarket, making it easy for you to recreate the recipe at home.
Come along for a relaxed, hands-on baking experience and leave with a delicious cheesecake, new baking skills and a recipe you'll want to make again and again!
Note on Schedule: The 2-hour class duration includes roughly 40 minutes of cooling time required for your cheesecake to set before taking it home.
