Looking for a hands-on cooking class in Melbourne? Join Executive Chef Malcolm Williams at Henry and the Fox and learn how to make traditional Italian ndunderi from scratch.
Originating in Minori on Italy’s Amalfi Coast, ndunderi are soft ricotta dumplings made with flour and egg. Similar to gnocchi, but lighter in texture, they are simple to recreate at home once you know the technique.
Your class begins with a glass of Prosecco before Chef Malcolm guides you through preparing lemon and ricotta ndunderi served with a rich pork and fennel ragù. You’ll work through each stage of the recipe at your cooking station, with plenty of practical guidance along the way.
Once the cooking is complete, sit down and enjoy your ndunderi with a fresh rocket and Parmesan salad. Finish with Henry and the Fox’s signature chocolate cannolo and your choice of barista-made Ranges coffee.
You’ll also receive recipe cards to take home so you can make the dish again for family and friends.
