Natural perfume making for mental wellness

Join us in person for a fun and hands-on workshop where you'll learn about how to incorporate natural plant-based aromatics into your life to help raise your mood!

Event Details

  • Learn about aromatic plants and which ones have proven effect on mental wellbeing
  • Understand the physiological function of aromatherpeutic products and their effect on the mind
  • Understand how to use essential oils, aromatic plants and resins in your daily life to bring about a calmer mental state
  • Sample a large number of pure essential oils, absolutes & resins
  • Dive into the world of incense, sage and frankincense and demonstrate how they can be used in mindfulness practice
  • Make 1 x 10mL rollerball natural perfume with a jojoba oil base

What you will learn:

  • How to blend essential oils to make a mood boosting perfume
  • Which essential oils can provide relief from anxiety & depression
  • How to blend essential oils to make a natural mood-boosting perfume
  • Use of resins and aromatic plants for meditation and a calmer mental state
