A chef-led, French restaurant-style cooking class — 6 men and 6 women, cooking in rotating pairs, then sharing the meal together.
Ages 28-39.
You'll cook three courses with other singles. Hands-on, chef-guided, real technique — with the natural connection that comes from cooking side-by-side with someone new.
The menu:
Classic French onion soup
New York Strip with gratin potato and classic french steak sauce
Vanilla and Orange Crème brûlée
The day:
10:45am — Arrival and match cooking partners
11:00am — Course 1
11:45am — Course 2
12:30pm - Dessert
1pm — Sit down, wine and dine together in New York loft style dining room
No experience needed — all ingredients, equipment, and chef instruction provided. Bring a bottle of wine if you'd like.
