Hey Brisbane foodies,
I’m running a small-group ravioli masterclass where we’ll cook together and learn how to make fresh potato gnocchi from scratch.
I’ll show you the little details that make the difference — how to make a proper dough, roll it out, shape it, cook it, and finish in brown butter so it tastes delicate, balanced and restaurant-quality.
You won’t just be watching. You’ll be cooking alongside me, asking questions as we go, and getting a feel for the technique.
We’ll be making potato gnocchi with tomato, pancetta, herbs, followed by an Italian-style dessert. We will make entree too.
3 courses.
After the cooking, we’ll sit down together, enjoy what we’ve made, and share the meal around the table.
Bring a bottle of wine if you’d like.
Small group, relaxed setting, good food, and a proper hands-on cooking experience.
