Maybe nothing is wrong with you.

Maybe your body has simply started speaking a language you were never taught to hear.

The Early Signal is the first gathering in The Woman Between Worlds + a monthly body-led gathering for women navigating perimenopause, menopause and the years of transition beyond.

And we begin at sunset.

Why sunset?

Because sunset is a threshold too.

The light hasn’t disappeared, but the day is no longer what it was.

There is a moment of between-ness + neither day nor night.

A pause.

A crossing.

A reminder that transition doesn’t always need to be rushed through.

We can witness it.

So as the sun begins to lower, we’ll gather together and explore what it means to be a woman whose body, identity and inner landscape are changing.

This isn’t a menopause lecture.

It isn’t another “reset”.

And you don’t need to arrive with answers.

Come as you are.

We’ll gather around the campfire + metaphorically and, where possible, literally + through:

🥁 Drumming & rhythm + reconnecting with collective rhythm and aliveness

🎶 Humming & sound + feeling vibration within the body
