Glow Tour at Tunnel Hill Mushrooms
Food! Fungi! Fluorescence! Photography!
A treat for foodies and photographers alike. Join Dean Smith of the renowned Tunnel Hill Mushrooms and Dr. Lisa-ann Gershwin of Glow Tours Tasmania for a rare night of magical discovery. Be amazed by fungi, plants, and animals that glow under ultraviolet (UV) light, which will be available for use during the experience. Snap away with your camera or mobile.
Inside the tunnel, Dean and Lisa will explain the growing and the glowing of the gourmet mushrooms, then outside the tunnel, enjoy Dean's delicious freshly BBQ'd mushroom snacks while Lisa explains the exciting other world of things that glow in the dark in nature, and how you can experience more for yourself.
