For the first part of her life, writer and presenter Myf Warhurst thought she had to keep the peace. Now she’s in the middle bit and she’s realised she has to get angry and loud if she’s going to make a difference about the things she cares about.

Hear Myf Warhurst in conversation with Wendy Harmer as they discuss the difficulties of middle age and channelling that anger in Myf’s new memoir Middle Rage.
