Join nutritionist Megan Cornelius and learn how to trim and cover fruit cake with royal icing. You'll then decorate with coloured fondants, using cutters and stamps to create your unique Christmas themed mini cakes.
Finish off by packaging using ribbon, cake boards and cellophane. You will take four completed cakes home ready to gift to friends and loved ones this Christmas.
