Join us for a fun, hands-on Chinese Cooking with Christina workshop and discover the art of making authentic pork bao!

Often described as the “cousin” of dumplings, bao share a similar flavourful filling but are wrapped in a soft, bread-like dough that makes them uniquely satisfying.

  • All ingredients and recipes are provided.
  • No prior cooking experience is needed - just bring your enthusiasm!
  • For ages 12 years and over.

You will learn how to

  • create delicious pork bao from scratch
  • explore the key difference between bao and dumplings - the dough
  • add a variety of healthy vegetables to create a nutritious filling
  • create a versatile meal that’s perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Please bring an apron and a container to take some home - if there are any leftovers.
