Sprint, agility and speed training for field and court athletes.
Get faster where it matters.
Speed for Sport is a coached group session for adults who want to improve acceleration, sprint technique, agility and high-speed movement for their sport.
Whether you play football, soccer, hockey, basketball, netball or another running-based sport, the session develops the physical qualities behind getting to space faster, closing down opponents, breaking away and moving efficiently at speed.
What we train
Sessions combine structured drills, short sprints and competitive activities in a relaxed group environment.
You do not need to be an elite athlete. Come ready to move, learn and challenge yourself alongside other athletes.
