About
Surrounded by the sculptural legacy of Karl and Slawa Duldig, young participants will draw inspiration from the Studio's historic setting while learning the fundamentals of clay hand-building. Guided by sculptor-in-residence Stefan Damschke, children will shape, build and experiment in the sculpture garden workshop.
What your child can expect:
- a 1.5 hour guided session
- suitable for ages 5-15
- a fun-filled experience of imaginative, tactile learning
- foundational ceramic hand-building techniques
- a sculpture to take home and naturally dry
We provide:
- terracotta clay
- ceramic hand-building tools
- professional guidance and creative support a supportive studio environment
Please note: Sculptures are designed to be taken home at the end of class to dry naturally. Firing is not included.
