Enjoy a hands-on day of activities exploring the connection between craft and activism, and the ways that artists create visual languages that support liberatory movements.
There are three workshops to choose from; registration includes a light lunch:
1. Create cyanotype images using an assortment of materials with Lardil artist Sonja Hodge. 2. Contribute to a collective embroidery project with Safa El Samad from Dukkana. 3. Design and print your own t-shirt with Yorta Yorta, Dja Dja Wurrung and Wiradjuri man Tiriki Onus.
This event is supported by the City of Melbourne.
