About

It's something we're all addicted to. Obsessed with.

A useful tool and a complete time-thief. A fun distraction and a soul-crushing portal into other people's lives. A calculator and communicator. It can make you cry from laughter, then brutally destroy you in the space of 30 seconds. It's your friend and foe.

You know it's time to set some boundaries. To stop being bullied by the tech in your trousers. The good news is, we've invited Natasha Moore and Simon Smart to help you out. They are both esteemed authors and researchers from The Centre for Public Christianity, a media company that offers a Christian perspective on contemporary life.

They are complete pros at connecting Biblical truths with our daily modern struggles. So clearly, we're over the moon that they will be teaching at 'How to break up with your phone (but stay friends xx)'.

You're invited to join us as they steer us through practical tips on having a healthier relationship with your phone. Plus they'll share how God fits into all of this, and invites us into a full life with him. This is not just good news for people of faith, but points to God's good purposes that all the world needs to hear. So invite your friends!

It's time to make the break. Let's do it together.
