This informative session is designed specifically for women with ADHD who experience the overwhelming weight of Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD).

For women with ADHD, rejection doesn’t just sting—it can feel physically devastating. Whether it is a perceived slight from a friend, constructive feedback at work, or an unanswered text, RSD causes intense emotional pain that can lead to anxiety, people-pleasing, or sudden isolation. This session provides a safe space to understand your brain and reclaim your peace.
