About your facilitator
Hannah is the founder of Habitat Connection Co., bringing over twelve years of experience in conservation, environmental management, horticulture, permaculture, and landscape design. Her work is driven by a deep love for nature and a clear mission: helping people reconnect with the natural world while healing our fragmented landscapes through habitat-rich urban gardens.
Obsessed with native plants and the relationships between local flora and wildlife, Hannah believes that greater understanding of our ecosystems can lead to meaningful change.
Based on Kaurna Country on the Fleurieu Peninsula, Hannah lives with her partner and two young kids, spending her spare time growing food, nature journaling, and exploring the bushland and coastline that inspires her work.
