On Wednesday 18th of November from 6pm (for a 6:30pm start), please join us over a glass of wine at the Potts Point Bookshop to hear Danielle Alvarez talk about her new book Made Simple.
Danielle Alvarez has built a reputation for delivering delicious food without the fuss. Anyone who has cooked one of her recipes knows that she offers that extra something: flavours that are both familiar and surprising, and methods that work perfectly. In Made Simple, Danielle brings her decades of experience and expertise to the home cook. There are 80 recipes for cooking at home, from soups and salads to simple fish and meat recipes.
Danielle was the head chef at 2-hatted Fred’s from 2016 until 2022. She is now a regular contributor to the Good Weekend Magazine and the culinary director of events at the Sydney Opera House.
Jill Dupleix is the Culinary Editor of the Australian Financial Review Magazine, and author of New Food, Old Food and Simple Food, as well as her own Substack, Jill Dupleix Eats.
