Details: Led by a certified mindfulness instructor, the walk introduces you to mindfully spending time in nature. You will silently and slowly walk through the bushland of Kings Park, and enjoy a guided meditation under a beautiful, ancient peppermint tree. The walk includes some individual time getting up close and personal with elements of the ecosystem. You will have time to reflect together on our relationship with the natural environment.
