Come along for a relaxed and social afternoon focused on staying active, connected and healthy.
Running every Friday from 12pm to 3pm, this fun weekly program offers a great opportunity for local men to catch up, make new friends, and enjoy good company.
Activities include light exercise, board games, and social activities, with tea and coffee provided throughout the afternoon.
Take part in the activities or simply enjoy a cuppa and a chat in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Everyone is welcome.
