The Candlelight Concert Set Menu is a two-course dining experience (served in 60 minutes), designed to complement an evening of live music. Guests begin with Oat Smoked Salmon served with avocado cream, shiso, burnt blood orange, and cassava crackers, followed by a main of Merlot-Braised Beef Cheeks accompanied by horseradish-whipped potato, roasted garlic broccoli rabe, and a bourbon jus.
