The Cars That Ate Paris

Melbourne's The Cars That Ate Paris make a dark, shimmery post punk pulling together the swampland goth tradition of Melbourne with the arid garage and weird desperation of the west coast. Evocative of Hole, Sonic Youth, TFS and Placebo, the Cars That Ate Paris are new on the scene, dead in dog years, and queer as in f--k you.

From the storm of sound and spirit emerges Deep Majestic Thunder – a genre-bending force where psychedelic funk, metal power, and mystic groove collide.
