Throughout the evening, Tony Ingle, Chief Winemaker at Angove Family Winemakers, will guide guests through each carefully selected wine, sharing the stories behind one of Australia's most respected family-owned wineries and the craftsmanship behind every vintage.

Our menu proudly celebrates local producers, featuring ingredients sourced from renowned regional suppliers including Meredith Dairy, Tuckberry Hill Berry Farm, Portarlington Mussel Farm, Pennyroyal Farm Otway Preservers, Lonsdale Tomato Farm, and Lomas Orchards - bringing together the finest cheeses, seafood, fruit and artisan preserves the region has to offer.
