Glen Eira City Council, City of Kingston and City of Stonnington join Each Family Relationship Support for Carers team to invite unpaid carers to enjoy a relaxed walk along the beach trail and enjoy a coffee and cake at The Parkdale Beach Cafe.
This is an opportunity for unpaid carers to connect with their local council and hear about available services for carers in their local area to improve health and wellbeing.
