The King Street Wharf institution has just re-opened with a new refined menu of premium steaks and seafood, balancing quality ingredients with an approachable dining experience.
Swap the track for sparkling views of Darling Harbour and dishes like slipper lobster with miso and finger lime, flame-kissed wagyu steak and AP Bakery sourdough with cultured butter.
An optional three-hour drinks package features a premium selection of wines, including Veuve J.S. Bouquet Grand Cuvée Brut Blanc de Blanc, local and international beers, and a range of non-alcoholic options.
