About

Once again, we are hosting ByTheNote for an extra special set of coffees from various roasters across the world

.

.

Well, at least across Barcelona, Sydney and Hong Kong >_<

For this cupping, we'll be tasting coffee from...

  • oma coffee - a Hong Kong based roaster who strives to bring the finest selections of every harvest. their roasting style tends to sit at a light to ultralight level to highlight clarity and distinctive characteristics.
  • RightSide - a coffee roastery based in Barcelona, Spain with a strong ethos based on partnership and transparency. They are proud to import 100% of their own coffee and have strong partnerships with producer partners.
  • Anamorphic Coffee - a Sydney based coffee roaster built on a love of travelling and coffee. Their approach to roasting is based around the concept of optical illusions, where something may not look quite right until you look at it a certain way...
  • Headlands Coffee - belief in creating moments through coffee drives this small team of coffee professionals. From their home in Sydney, they want to share memories with the world!
  • Diggy Doos - a legendary team of passionate coffee lovers, focussing on community and good coffee in their cafe in Marrickville, Sydney.

We're looking forward to tasting everything with you!

This cupping will be held at Aunty Pegs in Collingwood, Melbourne from 5:30pm - 7:30pm
