What is included?
Beginning with dynamic movement, flowing through sequences with breath, gently building warmth, shifting energy and finding a flow state or moving meditation.
As the body warms and energy moves, we transition into restful Yin shapes, turning awareness inwards. Allowing our mind and energy to settle as we ease into stillness and deep, restorative rest.
A great way to unwind the week. Decluttering the mind & body from stored unprocessed experiences and emotions that live in the body. A space to completely relax and rest in nourishing shapes, supported by props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc.
Chimes, crystal bowls, Tibetian bowls, seed pod shaker, etc will be used throughout classes, helping you to drop into a deeper state of inner peace & rest.
