What to Expect
This workshop goes beyond a standard cooking class. You’ll be guided through the traditional process of making ghee in a calm and supportive environment, with elements of mantra and mindful ritual woven throughout. The focus is on creating not only a high-quality product, but also a meaningful experience.
Why Ghee?
In Ayurveda, ghee is often referred to as the “food of the gods” due to its nourishing and restorative qualities. It is traditionally used to support digestion, vitality, and overall wellbeing. During the workshop, you’ll gain a clear understanding of both how to make ghee and why it has been valued for centuries.
What’s Included
All materials are provided. You’ll leave with your own jar of freshly made ghee, along with a detailed manual covering its benefits, uses, and guidance for incorporating it into your daily routine.
Plan it on Keen
Keen is how mates lock in plans: see who’s free, who’s keen, and actually make it happen.
