SUGHI ITALIANI express (how to cook pasta and match it with the perfect sauce) cooking class
Come join us for a fun and interactive cooking class where you'll learn how to cook pasta like a pro and pair it with the perfect sauce! Anna and Sara will guide you through the process step by step, sharing tips and tricks along the way. Whether you're a beginner in the kitchen or a seasoned cook looking to expand your repertoire, this class is perfect for you.
You’ll master the art of making perfect “Sughi”( sauce condiments from scratch) for pasta, you’ll learn about and prepare 3 different sauces, plus three different kind of handmade pasta, then we are going to taste the pasta with the sauces you made with a glass of wine, having a chat and enjoying our time together.
These versatile Sughi are also really good with a steak, or a roast.
We’ll teach you the different kinds of pasta and the perfect condiments to use with them, but more specifically you’ll learn that pasta could be a perfect main dish and that it’s easier than you think to create amazing condiments with simple ingredients.
This class is going to be really active and fun, you’ll cook, you drink and eat, you share your stories with the other guests. By the end of the lesson, we know we’ll see someone go home with a new friend or two!!
Book your class and start to amaze your family and friends with a new concept of pasta or meat.
Don't miss out on this delicious opportunity to learn how to make authentic Italian pasta dishes…
