Día de la Canción Criolla | A Peruvian Cultural Celebration

About

This October, AMARTE Culture, in partnership with LIMA Band and Delilah: The Authentic Peruvian Chicken, invites you to celebrate one of Peru's most beloved traditions: Día de la Canción Criolla. 🇵🇪❤️

For one evening, we're bringing a little piece of Peru to Adelaide and recreating the atmosphere of a traditional peña criolla, where music, food and community come together around the same table.

Expect an evening filled with traditional Peruvian music, guitar, cajón, dancing and the flavours that remind us of home.

🎶 What can you expect?

🎸 Live música criolla with LIMA Band, alongside cultural performances

🍗 Authentic Peruvian pollo a la brasa by Delilah: The Authentic Peruvian Chicken

🍮 Traditional Peruvian sweet favourites prepared by the AMARTE community

💃 Space to dance, sing and celebrate together

Food will be available through pre-orders, with limited quantities available. The food pre-order link will be shared ahead of the event.

And you don't have to be Peruvian to join us. Whether you're curious about Peruvian culture, keen to try the food, or simply looking for a different kind of night out, there's a seat at the peña for you. 🇵🇪✨
