Join us at Plus 5 Bar for a hands-on Pizza e Pesto Masterclass, where you’ll learn how to make pizza from scratch and create your own fresh pesto with guidance from Executive Chef Malcolm Williams.
This fun and relaxed masterclass is designed for private groups of 20 to 50 people, making it ideal for team building, celebrations, group outings, and social events.
Start with a welcome glass of Prosecco, then get stuck into the process of traditional pizza dough using poolish fermentation. You’ll also learn how to make your own pesto, with a jar to take home at the end of the session.
Once your pizza is ready, we’ll bake it in the Plus 5 oven for you to enjoy in the venue with a house drink.
