Join us for our next Wine Table Dinner as we welcome the owners and winemakers behind two of New Zealand’s most exciting small producers: Black Estate and Sato Wines.
This is a rare opportunity to share a table with the people behind the bottles. Across three considered courses and eight exceptional wines, hear the stories, decisions and places that have shaped each pour.
Based in Omihi, North Canterbury, Black Estate makes beautifully nuanced wines from three hillside vineyards rooted in clay and limestone. Their wines are expressive, individual and unmistakably connected to place.
From Central Otago, Sato Wines has earned an international following for its patient, precise and thoughtful approach to winemaking. Founded by Yoshiaki and Kyoko Sato, Sato Wines is a leading voice in tradition-inspired wines with real energy, texture and depth.
