In this enchanting hands-on school holiday workshop, children are invited into the world of healing with flowers, where they'll discover how flowers have been used for generations as gentle companions for our emotions and wellbeing, exploring flower essences and botanical flowers as herbs.
Guided by Jo Shipley, Reiki and Flower Essence healer, children will explore the idea that different flowers can have different energetic qualities - and that we can create our very own beautiful blends to support how we want to feel.
What will they do?
🌸 Discover the magical world of flower essences
🧚♀️ Learn about flowers and their traditional emotional associations
💫 Choose between a Calm or Brave intention for their potion
🪻 Create their very own beautiful flower remedies to take home
✨ Learn a simple calming practice they can use whenever they need a little extra magic
This isn't just potion making - it's an introduction to emotional awareness, intention and the beautiful relationship between humans and the natural world.
Children will leave with their very own magical creations and the feeling that they have discovered a little secret from the world of flowers.
Perfect for: curious kids who love fairies, flowers, magic, nature, potions and creating things with their hands.
