💃 WHO IS THIS FOR?
If you're looking for an opportunity to move your body more, let your emotions flow and enjoy fitness, expression, sisterly connection... this is for you!
...WAY more fun than the gym! 💪
We dance every Thursday (during school term time) with up to 12 local women 💚
Beginners are welcome, and please note this is for adult women only.
💃🏻 WHAT EXACTLY IS THIS?
This is conscious dance… which basically means there’s no choreography… it’s freestyle dance… letting your body move to the music any way it wants.
The lights are low, and lycra is totally acceptable. (Did you get the “No Lights, No Lycra” reference?!)
💃🏻 WHEN IS THIS?
We dance weekly in line with QLD public school terms, with 10 weeks per term.
TERM 2: Thurs April 23 to Thurs June 25
TERM 3: Thurs July 16 to Thurs Sept 17
TERM 4: Thurs Oct 8 to Thurs Dec 10
Please arrive at 6:15pm each Thursday, doors close with opening circle at 6:30pm. We dance until 7:45pm, followed by a cuppa and chats together.
💃 WHAT DO I BRING?
Plenty of water, and a yoga mat or sheepie, as we begin and end our dances lying down.
This is a drink-and-drug free event.
💃🏻 SIGN UP FOR A DANCE, JOIN THE COMMUNITY:
Try it out for a one-off for $25! (+ GST)
Most people love it and sign up for the whole term ($199 + GST for 10 weeks).
You are welcome to reach out to Pasha to sign up for the discounted remaining weeks if you join mid-term!
💃🏻🌿💃🏻
Even if you've got two left feet, as long as you wanna dance... this is your space!
