In Weaving home, participants create a nest-style woven vessel using raffia and natural fibres, learning string-making and coiling techniques with the option to incorporate emu feathers.

Inspired by Where do I belong?, this workshop explores ideas of home, belonging, and care for our native birds and the environments they depend on.

Form a yarning circle with faces familiar and new, and create meaningful connections through conversation and artmaking.
