Voices in My Head: The Teen Edition is a live, interactive storytelling experience exploring the wonderfully complicated world inside a teenager’s mind. Through relatable stories, humour and psychology, psychologist and storyteller Aditi Shirali explores the voices around friendships, fitting in, comparison, expectations, self-doubt, overthinking and the pressure to be “enough.” Created for teens and the adults who support them, this isn’t about silencing the voices in our heads—it’s about understanding where they come from, choosing which ones deserve our attention, and learning to find our own voice amongst all the noise.
