The new moon in Virgo is said to be buzzing with positivity, supports measured changes and boosts our natural flow state. This energy offers us a time for transformative communication that could shift perspectives or help us with changes in relationships or career.

After a short breathing technique to connect to yourself and to release tension, you snuggle down under a blanket, with an eye pillow and bolster and are taken on a gentle 50-minute sound journey.

The soundscape is unplugged, unhurried and played live as I weave around the room. In this session, I will be gently playing a combination of quartz crystal bowls, sweet chimes , Peter Hess bowls, gongs and my comfort drum, focussing on your heart space.

The instruments used are therapeutic-quality certified by the Peter Hess Institute and create clean, clear frequencies that gently guide you into a deeply relaxed state soothing your body and your mind. The soundscape is designed to nurture your nervous system and offer you the time and space for self-healing to occur. Throughout the soundscape you will hear nature recordings I have made around Australia.

Following the sound bath, you gently wake up and then set intentions by writing down your hopes and dreams—anything you wish to invite into your life. These remain private and are not shared with the group.
