CHECKMATE returns to Sabi Sounds for another relaxed evening of strategy, conversation, and connection.

Whether you're a seasoned player, learning your first moves, or simply looking for a slower way to spend your Wednesday evening, this is a space to settle in, challenge a friend, and enjoy a different kind of game night.

We'll have chess boards ready to play, alongside a selection of classic board games for those keen to mix things up. Come solo or bring a friend — everyone is welcome.
